some things I have learned about fitness

I’ve been an athlete, an obese person, an overweight mom of two babies, and now a personal trainer who works with women to help them gain confidence and lose weight.

I could look really heavily in the rear view mirror and be like…. “Man, if only….”. Instead, I try to look at today and look forward at all the amazing things my new fitness has given me.
