While it often sounds glamorous to be on the latest fitness trend or the most hardcore plan for exercise, the people who last the longest with new changes to their fitness or nutrition routine are usually those that stack simple habit changes on top of one another to reach their goals.

In this guest post for fellow trainer Brian Tabor, owner of Strong Made Simple in sunny San Diego, California, I talk a little more about exactly how to make these changes that my own clients identify as “real” and “authentic”.
