I have been training with Susan since December 2014 and have achieved more in the past 3 months than I have in any of my other personal fitness/health endeavors – including other personal trainers, crossfit, yoga, and various gym memberships . Susan is acutely aware of her clients and what exercises works best for their bodies and their training levels. She is able to adapt exercises and fitness routines to make them fun and challenging, but also every individualized. The time I spend with her each week is worth every penny and not only does she motivate me to achieve with my fitness goals, but she is a positive influence on my life as a whole. Her knowledge of how the body/muscles work is far beyond anything I’ve experiences with other fitness instructors.
