All Coaching Sessions (calls (video or phone), in person, and via Google Hangouts) are scheduled in advance by direct agreement between you and your Coach. Your success and personal breakthroughs are our priority; please make them yours as well. If for any reason you cannot attend a scheduled Coaching Session you are fully responsible for informing your Coach and arranging alternate times. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required otherwise the session will be deemed to be forfeit. To avoid confusion it is necessary that you either speak to your Coach in person or via phone or contact (and receive reply) to an email.
Working on habit changing goals is a very important part of your progress. You may need to perform certain tasks relating to eating and exercise in order to see results. These tasks are designed to assist in accelerating the achievement of your desired results. Your safety and wellbeing must be your primary responsibility and as such it is incumbent on you to inform your Coach if you believe you are unable to perform any exercise or nutrition task or goal due to any reason.
These terms and conditions form a part of your Agreement with SOfit Wellness Ltd and apply to your Coaching Package as written in your initial Agreement, to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions issued. All references to “us”, “our” "Coach" and “we” mean SOfit Wellness Ltd. All references to You and your mean the Client.
Terms of Coaching
The Coaching Programs described are created and sold as the features described in your Agreement. We agree to provide you with these specific services. Additional services may be purchased by you, but are not part of your Agreement.
Coaching Telephone Calls/Skype/Video Calls
You understand that your Program may provide personal coaching services with us and could include other tele-calls, webinars and online coaching materials in addition to your Coaching Sessions. Unless otherwise specified, members receive the number and duration of coaching sessions shown. If you miss any scheduled sessions, there are no make up sessions or refunds. We will arrange the most effective and economical method of calls with you directly.
If any installment payment should default, the Client will have seven (7) days to rectify the situation. When a scheduled coaching session is within those seven (7) days, the coach will postpone the session till payment is received. If payment is not received by the end of the 7 days, all special discounts and bonuses will be forfeited. If a Client should default on any installment payment, the result may be cancellation from the Program and the Cancellation Policy will apply.
Notice of Cancellation
All notice of cancellation must be in writing and delivered by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Voicemail and verbal correspondence do not constitute acceptable cancellation notice. Cancellation notice will be deemed to be the date on which we receive the written notification. Should the client fail to notify Sofit Wellness Ltd in writing of any changes and not participate in the coaching services, there will be no refunds, credits or transfers available.
Sofit Wellness Ltd reserves the right to change, modify or cancel the Program as considered necessary. Any such change will be made in consultation with the Client.

Should you not see results in a particular month from following our guided coaching experience, we will refund your fee for coaching for that month. This means that you are able to provide evidence (food journaling data, workout tracking data, and email/accountability post correspondence) that proves that you have been doing the work needed to produce results.
Requests for refunds need to be put in writing to email@example.com, along with attachments of evidence of eating and exercise data, as well as proof of a lack of results. Refunds will be issued according to our cancellation policy. Your current Agreement will also be terminated.
Our Services are available only to individuals. Without limiting the foregoing, our Services are not available to minors or anyone under the age of eighteen (18). By agreeing to be a Client, You represent and warrant that You are of legal age as described above, and that You have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and that You commit to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
By entering into a Coaching Agreement either through signing a Coaching Form/Agreement with Sofit Wellness Ltd or paying any amount to Sofit Wellness Ltd for Coaching Services you agree to abide by the terms and conditions as set out above.
By submitting your personal information, you agree to be contacted by SO Fit Wellness to engage in product retrieval, customer support, and/or coaching services.
We may use your information to send out occasional news and updates, tell you about new products or services, and carry out the obligations of coaching services as stated in the Coaching Agreement you received.
If you do not wish to be contacted with updates and promotional email, you may unsubscribe from the email at any time using the email server's Unsubscribe option (usually found at the bottom of the email).
We will NEVER sell or give your email or any other personal information to any other company, group, or affiliate.
